When I got to the hospital today I got this photo and a note from Toby that read:Dear Mummy and Daddy,
Here is a photograph of me enjoying a cup feed last night. I was wide awake and enjoyed it very much.

What a surprise to see Toby having a drink!! Was he toasting his Gran on her birthday? The SCBU staff are wonderful, thank you for looking after our precious granson. Hope you are feeling better Cat.

Hello Ian & Catherine and a huge welcome to Baby Toby - you were really keen to see what this world is all about.
Congratulations to you all - we are thrilled to be able to follow your progress Toby. Don't you look smart in your own outfits too. So pleased too that you, Catherine, are at home again and able to get some undisturbed rest as you build up your strength again.
Parenthood is a wonderful thing, full of all the emotions imaginable, but the best of these being the love that you have for one another and the love that encircles your family.
We shall continue to remember you all in our prayers - keep the photos coming too please.

Wow, so soon and he's drinking like that!!! Guys, you're amazing, we're still praying for you. I love seeing these updates, Toby's so gonna love looking back on them as well when he's older!!
